David's broad-based experience encompasses numerous areas of commercial litigation, including public and private contracts, construction, real estate and land use.

Following law school, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan B. Handler, Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. David began his law firm practice at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York City and has also worked at a number of leading New Jersey firms
